How it works

From brief to finished campaign in five steps

You bring the brand and the brief. We write every asset in your voice and check each one. You make the final call, and the voice learns from it.

  1. Brand setup

Done once per brand, in about three minutes.

    You give
    1. Your brand's name
    2. Its website, which we find for you to confirm
    3. Any brand book, briefs or past campaigns you have
    4. The channels the brand uses
    We
Read the website and everything you upload. Nothing to read? We ask a few questions about your brand instead.
    You get
A starting voice, and what we learned about the brand (what it sells, who it's for) to check before you save. The voice grows sharper as you use it.

  2. Add the campaign details

Paste the brief as you got it. Messy is fine.

    You give
The brief from a colleague's email or your own notes, plus the assets you need and how many of each.

  3. BrandTeam AI creates assets in your voice

    Typically in about a minute.

    We
Write every asset in the brand's voice, then check each one for:
    • Length limits
    • Banned words
    • Phrases to avoid
    • Product details not in the brief
    • Disclosure lines, on Scale
    You get
Every asset ready to review, with each check's result listed beside it.
    Email 2Needs a fix
    SubjectPumpkin pie custard is back
Opening lineLast chance for pumpkin pie custard before the stands close for winter.
    • Subject length 27 of 60 characters
    • Product details All in the brief or the brand's facts
    • Phrases to avoid "Last chance" is on Driftless Custard Co's avoid list. Try "Through November 1".
  4. Do your 20%

    The judgment stays yours.

    You give
Any changes you want, by hand or with a rewrite.
    You get
The final say. An edit that passes every check, and is more than a small fix, teaches the voice for next time. Earlier versions stay in each asset's history.

  5. Take it with you

    Into whatever tool sends it.

    You get
Copy any asset, or download the whole campaign. On Growth and up, send a review link your client can open without an account.

  6. Then the voice learns

Your edits that pass every check go back into the brand's voice as examples to learn from, and so does a draft you rate Good or Great. The next campaign starts closer to how you'd write it.
